Personal data and navigation data
To offer you the personalized services provided by its websites, the Company's organization must process some identification data necessary for the provision of the service.
a) Navigation data The computer systems and the technical and software procedures underlying the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the operating mechanisms and protocols in use on the Internet. Every time the user accesses this site and every time he or she calls up or requests content, the access data is stored in our systems and potentially also by the data controller and the data processors, in the form of tabular or linear data files (within specific log files), structured and/or unstructured. Each line of data storage is made up of information such as:
The Internet site from which our page was called up (so-called "referral");
Your IP address;
The date and time of the request or access;
The request itself from your browser or another client, in the form of addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation;
The technical code of the http response obtained from the server (error, successful, etc.);
The amount of data transmitted;
The browser, its technical and functional characteristics and the operating system used.
These data may be used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site in order to identify the pages preferred by users and therefore provide increasingly adequate content and to check its correct functioning. Upon request of the Authority, the data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or its users.
b) Data provided voluntarily by the user At various points on this site you have the possibility of sending us personal data (e.g. e-mail address, name, telephone numbers, other personal and non-personal data). The sending of this data is optional, explicit and voluntary, and involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's e-mail address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered for the purposes of the service and those further granted by you. The personal data that you provide will be recorded and stored on protected electronic media and processed with adequate security measures, including by associating and integrating them with other databases. The data provided by you will be processed by the Joint Controllers exclusively with methods and procedures necessary to provide you with the services requested by you. The data will not be disclosed but may be communicated, where necessary for the provision of the service, to companies that perform technical or organizational tasks on behalf of the Company that are instrumental to the provision of the requested services. Only with your express consent, the data may be used to perform statistical analyses, market research and send commercial information on the products and promotional initiatives of the Company and/or third-party companies. Communications for market research or commercial information on the products and promotional initiatives may be made by postal mailing, e-mail, telemarketing, sms, mms. Always with your consent, the data may be used for profiling purposes, which may be carried out by:
- processing, in an automated manner, of the personal data of authenticated users in relation to the use of the service for the forwarding and receipt of e-mail messages;
- cross-referencing of personal data collected in relation to the provision and related use of several different functions among those made available by the user;
- use of other identifiers necessary to trace specific, identified or identifiable subjects, specific actions or recurring behavioral patterns in the use of the functions offered. Finally, with your explicit consent, your data may be provided to other companies operating in the publishing, financial, automotive insurance, consumer goods, humanitarian and charitable organizations sectors, which may contact you as Owners of independent initiatives - the updated list is at your disposal and can be requested from the Data Controller at the address below - for statistical analysis, market research and sending commercial information on products and promotional initiatives. In accordance with current legislation, we will therefore ask you to express your consent for data processing by ticking the "I accept" box in the appropriate registration form. It is understood that the consent refers to the processing of data with the exception of those strictly necessary for the operations and services requested by you, at the time of your membership as your consent is not necessary for these activities.
After the registration required for the requested Service, if you intend to request/use other Services provided by the same company or by different companies as indicated above (the Joint Controllers or companies controlled or connected by them) you can use the credentials (username/email/password) already used for the first registration.
Where necessary, you may be asked for additional data, necessary for the provision of the additional services requested. At any time you can reread the information and possibly modify the consents previously provided, verify and/or modify the status of the active services and possibly request additional services.
The provision of data is optional, except for those indicated as mandatory to allow you to access the services offered. You have the right to know, at any time, what your data is and how it is used. You also have the right to have it updated, integrated, rectified or deleted, request its blocking and oppose its processing. Cookie policy
In order to make your visit to our website as convenient as possible, we use cookies to present our range of products. These are small text aggregates stored locally in the temporary memory of your browser, and therefore on your computer, for periods of time that vary depending on the need and generally between a few hours and a few years, with the exception of profiling cookies whose maximum duration is 365 calendar days. Cookies can be used to record semi-permanently information about your preferences and other technical data that allow easier navigation and greater ease of use and effectiveness of the site itself. For example, cookies can be used to determine whether a connection has already been made between your computer and our sites to highlight news or maintain “login” information. For your guarantee, only the cookie stored on your computer is identified.
Types of Cookies
This site uses four different types of cookies:
1. Essential technical cookies
These cookies are necessary for the correct functioning of the site. They allow you to navigate the pages, share our content, store your login credentials to make entering the site faster and to keep your preferences and credentials active while browsing. Without these cookies we could not provide the services for which users access the site.
2. Statistical and performance cookies
These cookies allow us to know how visitors use the site, so that we can evaluate and improve its functioning and prioritize the production of content that best meets the information needs of our users. For example, they allow us to know which pages are most and least visited. They take into account, among other things, the number of visitors, the time spent on the site by the average user and the methods of arrival of these. In this way, we can know what works well and what to improve, as well as ensuring that the pages load quickly and are displayed correctly. All information collected by these cookies is anonymous and not linked to the user's personal data. To perform these functions on our sites we use third-party services that anonymize data, making them untraceable to single individuals (so-called “single-in”). Where there are services that are not completely anonymized, you will find them listed among the third-party cookies for which you can deny consent, to guarantee your privacy.
Currently this site uses:
• Google Analytics cookies for anonymous monitoring of visits.
• Technical cookies that record the date of the user’s visit and manage the website cache.
• Instagram social plugin cookies for displaying the box relating to our fan page.
3. Cookies for user profiling and advertising targeting
These cookies allow us to offer ads related to the user and their interests. However, on the goodtales.it website we do not use this profiling feature for advertising purposes, as we do not use any type of promotional or advertising content insertion feature. They are usually used to limit the number of views of the same ad and to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. They are inserted by the Company through technical platforms that are partners of our advertising circuit and contribute to our investment in the websites, allowing us to adequately finance the maintenance of the services and their technological evolution. They can also be used to show the user relevant ads on other websites visited. The cookies actually set can change from one moment to the next due to the technical strategies of the advertisers and their technical representatives, therefore, rather than listing them, we indicate the corresponding companies authorized to provide advertising on our sites.
4. Third-party functional and profiling cookies
This category includes both cookies provided by partners of the Joint Controllers and known to them, and cookies provided by third parties not directly controlled or controllable by the Joint Controllers. Cookies from our partners allow us to offer advanced features, as well as more information and personal functions. This includes the ability to share content through social networks, access video streaming services and CDN networks on which we host our content. These services are mainly provided by external operators hired or knowingly integrated by the Joint Controllers. If you have an account or if you use the services of these parties on other websites, they may be able to know that you have visited our sites. The use of data collected by these external operators through cookies is subject to their respective privacy policies and therefore these cookies are identified with the names of the respective parties reported in the cookie management tool available in the appropriate section of this Policy. These include cookies registered by the main social networks that allow you to share articles on our sites and publicly demonstrate your appreciation for our work. Cookies that do not come from partners of the Joint Controllers are cookies sent without the control of the Joint Controllers, by third parties who have the ability to intercept the user during their navigation even outside of our sites. These cookies, typically profiling cookies, are not directly controllable by the Joint Controllers who cannot, therefore, guarantee the use that third-party owners make of the information collected.
Cookie management
In the event that you have doubts or concerns about the use of cookies, you can always intervene to prevent them from being set and read, for example by changing the privacy settings in your browser in order to block certain types or by using the tool that we make available to you in this Policy. Since each browser - and often different versions of the same browser - also differ significantly from each other, if you prefer to act independently through your browser preferences you can find detailed information on the necessary procedure in your browser guide. For an overview of how to do this for the most common browsers, please visit: http://www.cookiepedia.co.uk/index.php?title=How_to_Manage_Cookies
Advertising companies also allow you to opt out of receiving targeted ads if you wish. This will not stop cookies from being set, but will stop some of your data from being used and collected by those companies.

To simplify your choices and in compliance with current legislation, the Joint Controllers provide you with a management tool for the selective activation and deactivation of cookies that you do not like among those controlled or controllable by the Joint Controllers. Within the tool, you will find a list of all the cookies managed or knowingly hosted by us in categories.
Acceptance and opting out of cookies
By continuing to browse this site by closing the information banner or clicking on any part of the page or scrolling to highlight further content, you accept the Joint Controllers' Cookie Policy and cookies will be set and collected. In the event of failure to accept cookies by abandoning navigation, any cookies already registered locally in your browser will remain registered there but will no longer be read or used by the Joint Controllers until a subsequent and possible acceptance of the Policy.
You will always have the possibility to remove such cookies at any time through the methods indicated on the sites mentioned in the paragraph “Cookie Management” or through the tool made available by the Joint Controllers Acceptance and waiver of consent for data processing. The exercise of the rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 may be carried out through specific communication by post addressed to the same Companies, through the email address: goodtales.info@gmail.com.
